Jason Cowdin

Owner

Jason Cowdin, an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in real estate and construction, holds a degree from Weber State University. As the owner of Cowdin Construction and Development, LLC, he has led commercial new builds, redevelopment projects, and tenant improvements since April 2018. Jason is also a self-employed real estate broker with Select Group, operating in Salt Lake City for over 17 years. Jason founded Modules, LLC, a modular construction startup, serving as CEO and owner until its acquisition by Stack Homes in February 2023. Post-acquisition, he was Chief Manufacturing Officer at Stack Homes, a top modular manufacturer.

Terry Goers

Owner

Terry has over 40 years of business development experience acquired while serving in corporate and principal, executive, senior-level and project management capacities. Additional experience includes providing consulting, technical design and construction advisory services to both public and private agencies, including state, county and municipal entities and major national real estate development firms. Terry communicates project expectations, goals and scope clearly to team members, reviews architectural and workflow plans, develops project and resource estimates, and prepares status reports. His entrepreneurial skills were acquired while managing, from conception, all responsibilities relative to establishing and directing the operations of an award-winning company.

Jeff Bowles

Director of Operations

Jeff, a Baylor University graduate with dual majors in Accounting and Finance, has a career marked by leadership and entrepreneurial ventures. Notable achievements include transforming CHG Healthcare's facilities division into the company's top-performing team and founding successful ventures like Extreme Renovation and Construction. As co-founder of Casework Solutions, he played a key role in the company's profitable sale. Now, as Director of Operations at Cowdin Construction, Jeff leverages his expertise to drive strategic growth and ensure operational efficiency, overseeing day-to-day operations and implementing long-term strategies.
